I booked online and was unaware of not checking 'waiting'. But they got me out in a reasonable amount of time. Excessive cost to 'reprogram' radio but service took 10% off as a courtesy. Still....$150 for a download? Not good Chevy. Not good at all.

I was impressed with the efforts of the sales manager to acquire my vehicle. One dealer was asking too much to make an exchange and the manager asked my permission to secure a vehicle from a different dealer that would have a different interior. This was perfectly fine with me and I am pleased with the vehicle. I did arrive at the dealership at the end of their work day to pick up the car, but I managed to leave with a bit of confusion that was quickly cleared up by reviewing the manual. I am looking forward to a pleasant relationship with service for the life of my Trail Blazer.

Two comments... 1) Tires were rotated, but "Set tire pressures" was not checked. I have one tire that continues to lose pressure, so I keep track of the pressure with the on-board pressure sensor. I knew it was down 4 pounds compared to the other three tires. The tire was rotated, but the pressure was NOT set with the other tires. 2) I would have liked to know if the brakes are getting thin, but there was no comment made by the advisor or on the return receipt so I can only assume there is no problem with them. It would be a nice benefit to the customer to have the technician do a quick 5 minute check of the existing systems and report back on status of brakes, tire wear, filters, transmission levels, etc.

I booked this appt. weeks ago and mentioned needing to wait for my car, and upon arrival I was asked again if I was waiting, and was told they would "do the best they can ". It took an hour and 20 min to get my oil changed which I don't believe the tires were rotated or car vacuumed out, which is pretty standard when charging almost $100. Waiting room was clean, and wifi was fast allowing me to atleast get some work done.

Gregg in the service department has been there for me over the years any time service is needed. Gregg walks you through needed repairs and always gives you options when available. As sales manager, Kevin took a lot of the stress out of my most recent purchase. That means a lot as buying vehicles has certainly become a major purchase in this economy. And finally Ryan in the finance department cut right to the facts and was very transparent and made the final process very clear and easy. My check engine light was on for a few days so I made the appointment to have it checked out. I also asked that the tire pressure be checked which I don't think was done. I also pointed out a spot of rust on the inside of the driver' door frame. When I went to pick up the car much later that day, I was told I would have to get in touch with the body shop. My car was there all day. I think he should have asked someone from the body shop to have a look. Since it was later in the day and I did not know who to speak with or where to go, I just left. I guess I'll have to make some calls and try to figure it out.

The staff at the dealership were very accommodating and serviced my car when I didn't realize that I was scheduled for a drop off service rather than a wait while being serviced appointment. However, I will say this was never communicated to me when I initially scheduled the appointment so I would recommend letting all customers know what kind of appointment they are signing up for at the start.

We paid for a tire to be replaced in August. They did not replace the tire causing us to bring the car in for diagnostics due to shuddering when driving on the highway. The dealership tried to gas light us into thinking we had done something wrong and it wasn’t until we pointed out that they fraudulently charged us for work they never did that they fixed it. Terrible customer service.
